Prior to getting licensed in Real Estate, I worked in New York City, NY and Austin, TX for 5+ years in Digital Marketing, before settling back down in my hometown, Atlanta, Georgia. I have a strong skill set when it comes to leveraging the use of data and market trends, and I use this knowledge to help clients achieve the best results when selling or buying a home. Both professions have provided me the expertise of cultivating personal relationships and building upon clients needs. I have worked to establish a large list of personal contacts to help assist buyers, sellers and renters. I fell in love with real estate when helping friends/family members relocate, build and design their new home. When I decided to leave my career in Digital Marketing and couple my passion for finding creative solutions to help clients, I knew that I wanted to work on the Tamra Wade team. We are offered weekly training sessions focused on new construction, buying, selling, financing and contracts to make sure we are always up to speed with what is taking place in the market.
