Richard Beeman's passion for real estate stretches back to his youth. Bouncing around as an army brat growing up he experienced many different types of housing from Philadelphia to Oahu to Tampa before settling in Atlanta more than 20 years ago. Since then he's channeled his passion for real estate into helping others discover the joy in finding the perfect home.

Richard has helped hundreds of people throughout his real estate career including dozens of players, coaches and staff of Major League Soccer's Atlanta United FC. His passion for soccer is lifelong, playing youth soccer, leading the Florida State University soccer club, coaching his kids' teams and continuing to play recreationally. As an ATLUTD Founding Member since 2015, it is an honor to serve the club. His mission is to help all people find their dream home while carving out ample time to hang out with his family, enjoy a great concert, or round of golf.
